Kennesaw · Small commercial occupancy

Question 6 of 8
Has Cobb Fire review been completed for this location?
I don’t know yet.

Why this matters

Fire review is a named dependency before the occupancy pathway can be treated as reported complete.

Permit Intelligence

In review

Conversational in.
Structured knowledge out.

Instead of making you interpret a static checklist, Permit Intelligence asks focused questions about your project and builds an inspectable readiness picture from your answers.

The current Phase 1 review is intentionally bounded to Kennesaw small-commercial occupancy and the Cobb County dependencies named by the City. The tool advises; the authority having jurisdiction decides.

01

Share what you know

A guided conversation captures the jurisdiction and the reported state of zoning, construction, Fire review, inspections, occupancy, and licensing. “I don’t know” remains a useful fact.

02

Build the pathway

The system evaluates checkpoints in dependency order, distinguishes self-reported progress from proof, and shows when an earlier requirement blocks a later step.

03

Inspect the output

You receive an advisory outcome, the first next actions, and source records with publisher, locator, retrieval date, and human-validation history.

SDS Manager

In development

Safety knowledge
with the source in view.

SDS Manager is being developed as a trust-first workspace for Safety Data Sheets—designed to make essential information easier to locate without hiding the document, the verification state, or the need for human review.

01

Assisted intake

Bring SDS documents into a consistent, reviewable workspace.

02

Section navigation

Move quickly through the standardized sections of each source document.

03

Source-aware search

Find relevant safety knowledge while keeping the originating SDS visible.

04

Operational views

Connect inventory, PPE references, and readiness signals as development progresses.

Gear Locker

From Oakline Labs

Launch-ready

Build the panel once.
Recall the sound forever.

Gear Locker gives physical music gear a private digital memory. Recreate hard-won sounds, keep the facts that establish ownership and value, and carry the whole record with you—without an account, server, or subscription.

Launch-ready from Oakline Labs

01

A piece of gear

Make, model, category, serial number, purchase details, photos, value, and service history.

02

Holds its panel

Start from a shipped layout or build your own, then correct every control against the unit in front of you.

03

Holds every patch

Save unlimited settings with a sound name, context, notes, favourites, and a shareable panel image.

Memory for the sound

Return to the exact idea.

Analog instruments, pedals, amps, microphones, and outboard gear often have no preset memory. Gear Locker makes the physical panel recallable in the language musicians already use.

  • Begin with 82 layouts across ten equipment categories, or build a custom panel in about two minutes.
  • Photograph the real faceplate, drag controls into position, and correct labels, switch positions, and hardware styles for your revision.
  • Store continuous knobs as clock positions, sliders in useful units, and switches or selectors by their printed names.
  • Name patches by sound; add song, gig, or session context plus the note your future self will need six months later.
  • Recall every setting instantly, pin favourites, and export a marked panel PNG for a technician, bandmate, or session.

Proof for the collection

Make the record before you need it.

Memory protects the creative work. Documentation protects the physical collection. Gear Locker keeps both attached to the same item instead of scattered across receipts, camera rolls, calendars, and notes.

  • Record make, model, serial number, purchase price, current value, and identifying photos while the gear is in your hands.
  • Keep technician, shop, parts, cost, repair notes, and next-due service dates in a permanent item history.
  • Create a printable insurance schedule supported by serials, values, photos, and service records.
  • Export a full JSON backup before changing devices or making a major edit; nothing depends on a remote account.
  • Use the same locker on web or Android while retaining control of the collection record on your own device.
